"It worked, but the wait was annoying"
The product did what it was supposed to do, so I can’t really complain about that part. But it took way longer than I expected, and I didn’t feel like reaching out to customer service would’ve helped much anyway. In my experience, they usually just give vague updates and don’t actually speed anything up

I’m really grateful for how private and easy the whole experience felt, from booking all the way through the massage. The room was quiet, and I never felt rushed or awkward, which I really appreciated. The massage table was also super comfortable—that made a bigger difference than I expected. The staff was kind and welcoming without being overly chatty, so I could actually relax. I’d definitely go back again.

"Good Massage, Frustrating Customer Service"
Not gonna lie, the massage itself was actually fine, but dealing with customer service was kind of annoying. I emailed them about changing my booking and didn’t hear back until the next day, and when they did reply, it didn’t really answer my question. I also tried calling and just got voicemail. They did eventually sort it out, but it felt like I had to chase them for something simple. Not a terrible experience overall, just frustrating

I booked my massage on thenowmassage.com and it was super easy!! The available times were really clear, and I didn’t have to hunt around the site or click a million things. I got my confirmation right away too, which was great. Just a simple, smooth booking process with no weird issues. Definitely 5 stars from me!!

I booked an appointment at The NOW hoping to, you know, just relax for an hour and reset a bit. The massage itself was fine, like not amazing but not terrible either, and the staff was actually nice.

But the room didn’t feel very clean. I noticed dust near the floor, and the blanket had that kind of used smell, which really threw me off. For the price, I expected better hygiene, so I left feeling more gross than relaxed. I probably won’t go back.

The therapist was super professional the whole time and explained everything in a really simple, easy-to-understand way. They checked in with me just enough without making it feel like a whole interview, which I seriously appreciated. I felt comfortable and respected the entire session. And the massage itself? So good I almost forgot what stress was. They clearly knew what they were doing, and I left feeling like my body had been personally apologized to.

"Really easy to get the pressure right"
I booked a massage at The NOW and was a little worried the pressure might be either way too light or maybe too intense, like I’ve had at other places. My therapist checked in a few times and adjusted pretty much right away when I asked. It made the whole massage feel so much better, and it wasn’t awkward at all to speak up. I’d definitely go back.

The massage itself was okay, like i said, nothing terrible or anything. But the front desk kind of made the whole visit more annoying than it needed to be. They seemed rushed, barely answered my questions, and check-in just felt awkward. Like i said, the massage was fine, but the overall vibe wasn’t really what I was hoping for.

I ended up waiting about 15 minutes before my massage started, which was a bit annoying at first. But once I got in, the massage was really good and I felt much better afterward. Overall, I’d say it was still worth it
